YOU are hereby called upon to show cause, at the Land Court, to be held at Toowoomba on the Twentieth day of September Next, at eleven o'clock, in the forenoon, why your Selection, No. 3419a. Toowoomba Dis trict, should not be declared forfeited for the nonfulfilment of the condition of occupation. JOHN REID WARNER Land Commissioner Public Lands Office."
