After living at Pinelands for 22 years he moved with his family to Emu Creek, and lived there for five years. Before his death he was living in retirement in Glenaven. He leaves his widow, six sons— Messrs. Walter C. (Windsor), N. R. (Richmond), G. (Nanango), A (Woodford) H. (Kingaroy), and N. Thies (Glenaven), and three daughters— Mesdames S. Skinner(Merfvale station). F. Mitchell (Crows Nest), and R. Genrlch (Glenaven.)"
