After residing for many years in the Crow's Nest district she was married to Mr. William Cox at Toowoomba. Mr. and Mrs. Cox came to the Wondai district some 25 years ago, and engaged in farming, after which a move was made to Speed well, where they made their home. The death of her husband occurred some 11 months ago, in the Monto district. Two daughters— Mrs. G. Perkins (Kitoba) and Mrs. H. Warhurst (Ceratodus)— and three sons— Messrs. Arthur, William and Leslie Cox of Speedwell— survive."
