Witness believed the exhibit produced was the heel of one of the boots. The wire nails in It were driven In a similar way to which witness drove nails. Witness had never made boots for Ryan."
  • On 9 April 1913 Jack slipped and fell down his back steps breaking his leg. He was taken to hospital next morning.
