• Emily Rosina Wellington was born on 11 May 1871 in The Workhouse, Paddington, Middlesex, England. She was the daughter of Joseph and Jane WELLINGTON.
  
• She immigrated on 20 February 1878 to Queensland with Henrietta Jarrett and John White. Henrietta, aged 41 travelled to Australia on the Gauntlet with her husband John also 41 and children William S aged 16 and Emily aged 6. They left London on 14 October 1877.
  
  John and Henrietta White didn't have any children of their own. They brought Emily, who was having a difficult home life and William, Hernietta's nephew with them to Australia.
  
• At the age of 16 years, 7 months and 1 day, Emily Rosina Wellington married Thomas William Blinco, son of Alfred William Blinco and Marion Dinah Langton, on 12 December 1887 in Queensland.
• On 25 January 1899,Emily Rosina Wellington's daughter, Mabel Jane Blinco was buried in Drayton & Toowoomba Cemetery at age 3.

At the monthly meeting of the Mutdapilly Divisional Board, on Saturday, Mr. Thomas F. Wells handed in his valuation of the rateable property in the division, showing tho annual value of that in No. 1 subdivision to be £5911 10s; No. 2, 40022 5s; and No. 3, £3913. The estimate was accepted.'
