Vandersee, Glenaven, in the Raff Street Methodist Church, Toowoomba, she wore an afternoon frock of fuchsia pink, with a shoulder spray of orchids, and a navy hat. The Rev. S. G. Monro officiated. Mrs. A. L. White, who was matron of honour for her sister, wore a blue ensembla with an orchid shoulder spray and a navy hat. Mr. Max Vandersee was best man. The reception was held at the Cafe Alexandra."
